PCs, printers and networks in small offices. We come to you in Lisbon, Sintra, Oeiras, Cascais and Amadora.

Diagnosis at our office
Bring the equipment in, or send it by CTT. We find out what is wrong and tell you before any repair goes ahead.

CTT collection and return
Anywhere in Portugal. We collect the equipment, work on it at our office and send it back the same way.

Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Business Basic accounts on your company’s own domain. Werk is a certified Microsoft partner.

Email setup
Mailboxes set up and working on the computers of the people who use them.
Indicative prices, + VAT
What it costs.
- On-site support: €45/hour, one-hour minimum
- Diagnosis at our office: €45/h, usually 1–2 hours; credited against the repair if it goes ahead
- CTT collection: €10 each way
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic: €78 per account, per year
- Email setup: €100 for up to 4 accounts, plus €20 per extra account

Frequently asked questions
Do you come on site?
Yes, in Greater Lisbon: Lisbon, Sintra, Oeiras, Cascais and Amadora. On-site support costs €45/hour, one-hour minimum, + VAT (indicative prices).
Can you collect the equipment by CTT?
Yes, anywhere in Portugal. Collection costs €10 and the return another €10, + VAT.
How much is the diagnosis? Is it credited against the repair?
Diagnosis at our office costs €45/h, + VAT, and usually takes 1–2 hours. If you go ahead with the repair, that amount is credited. We can only guarantee the repair once we have checked the equipment.
Can you set up Microsoft 365 with my own domain?
Yes. Werk is a certified Microsoft partner. Microsoft 365 Business Basic costs €78 per account per year, and email setup costs €100 for up to 4 accounts, plus €20 per extra account. All + VAT.
